What's the best fork swap?
It's been a few years since I was looking into swapping forks on a superhawk. Then it was a 929 setup which required a whole new front end/wheels/brakes/etc and turn radius was compromised. What's the hot setup now-a-days? Hopefully something easily bought from ebay and bolts right on.

929/954 front end... Basically a full front from a bike works... forks, triples wheel and brakes... The 929 needs new springs unless you are very light...
1000RR front, use the triples from a 929/954 and then the rest from the 1000RR... Pro's are radial brakes, very effective...
In both cases the turn radius is decreased slightly, but I wouldn't call it "compromised" as it's only ever noticed when doing lock to lock in parking maneuvers...
