SV Clip On -- stupid question?

Say, could you use the SV650 clip on as a replacement? It looks higher than ours and is 41mm...

VFRs are VERY rare on Ebay ATM...

Yes it will fit. However I do not know if they are higher or if will fix the vibration problem.

They have a steeper angle and are further forward... not an improvement for comfort.

Ah, ok. I figured it was worth a shot. The SV clip-ons go for next to nothing... Guess i'll have to save my pennies for the VFRs...

You will have to watch most of the winter (do you have winter in NC?). But you will eventually find them in the $50 price range. I got mine last winter, but for the cheep price you'll have to be patient...

Yep, we get a winter -- sort of. It snows on the BRP sometimes, which is a bummer

My wife and I might be moving back to New England in the near future, though. Asheville's job market is always a bit odd -- it is a tourist town -- but right now it's tighter than an ant's arsehole. We moved here from Maine about five years ago and we're starting to miss family anyhow.

I can probably live with the clip-ons for now... I should make sure I have the R1 / R6 rectifyer mod on the bike first.
