Post Baffle-Ectomy tweaks

Hey all, I was told to post what was going on post baffle-ectomy so I could get some help tweaking the fuel flow. The bike is shutting off at low speeds and has is hiccuping on accel. Let me know what to do :-) Also if someone wants to call me on the cell to help out (like if that would be easier) send me a PM and Ill give you my number so we can knock this out and I can get back on the road :-)

Can I adjust that without a fancy smancy tool? Also, now I cant roll on the throttle at all... it will idle (roughly) at around 1100 RPMs and then as soon as I touch the throttle it dies. I can still pull out the choke though which raises the RPM's but I still cannot throttle up.

You changed nothing and this behaviour just magically changed? Then it's got nothing to do with the bafflectomy...

More likely to be either a vacuum leak or a clogged jet...

Ah.. sound like either a vacuum leak or PVLIR.. nothing to do with the exhaust.

Petcock Vacuum Line Inadvertent Relocation:

The vacuum line does NOT connect to the bottom of the petcock, that is the vent. The vacuum line rather connects to the back of the petcock on the nipple that points to the right. (rather hard to get to)

How did you do the PAIR? Did you use block off plates? Flip the reed valves?

Doublecheck the vaccum lines and any plugs you added... All things you changed is considered suspect... a leaking line will cause you troubles similar to this...

That includes the gastank, that could cause clogging if there is something in there that shouldn't be there...
