PAIR removal help needed

I'm in the midst of removing the tube jungle that is the PAIR system. I've gotten rid of a lot of it, but I'm concerned about removing things that need to be left. Your help would be appreciated.

1 - I've come across what looks to be a drain tube hanging down from the front carb float bowl (1st pic) - does it get plugged or does it get replaced with a longer tube for drainage?

2 - There are tubes connecting the intake side of the carbs, and to the air cut-off valve. Take it out or leave it in place? (At this point I've put a cap on the y-joint that ran to the PAIR.)

Thanks for the help!

the first picture tube gets plugged. as for the second i dont know? where are your overflow lines going through the middle of the carbs( have a rubber band type thing on them). the one on the left (sitting on the bike is the one you move to a downward position to solve the bike dieing and such on hard braking

All the connections you have shown get plugged. It is also a good idea to remove the float blow vent lines from the side plates (at least on '98 models, don't know if the problem was addressed by Honda on later years) as the last poster stated.

Hey, thanks for the input, guys. Seems like everything gets plugged 'cept the fuel lines and the coolant tubes. True?

inderocker is an unknown quantity at this point
Instead of plugging the vacuum line that went from the carbs to the air suction valve, just remove the "T" fitting and 2 shorter hoses and replace them with the longer hose that was running to the air suction valve.

Thanks for that. I've had it bookmarked for years but forgot about it. I had a feeling that while some hose could go away, others could not.
