one cylinder hot and one cold

I just started ridin my 01 hawk but also put on new pips and plugs but it sounds and feels like its runnin on only one cylinder plus it feels warm and not as hot as the front, what could be the problem, ??? Is it normal for the rear cylinder to run cool at idle

First check the the spark plugs, ensure that they are correctly seated, and that the wires are making a connection.

Due to the engine design one cylinder runs hotter than the other, I believe its the rear, but I have not rode the Shawk for the last 3 months due to subzero weather, so I may be mistaken.

Yah tell me about it. We have had 2 or 3 days above 32 degrees but our driveway and road are still covered in ice.
