Indicator help needed urgently

Hi

I replaced my indicators with smaller ones, one front one isnt working all the other 3 are. what could be wrong? where does the wire that comes out of the indicator go? maybe i yanked its other end out when i was trying to pull enough out to strip and get enough to put a connecter on??


anyway, my m.o.t inspection is tomorrow at noon lol i need help fast

Well, you didn't say if they are LED's or not... If so the polarity on the two wires matter... If they are LED's try switching them around...

If not use a multimeter to check if it's been damaged... But that's highly unlikely as it's several foots of wire wrapped in tape and bunched with other wire's in a large harness... It takes a lot to move it... And a lot to rip it off...

I highly doubt you are strong enough to do that by accident without knowing you broke something... BTW, general rule of thumb... Pulling on wiring like that is a dumb idea to begin with, it usualy ends up tight somewhere and chafed off... If it's too short, splice it...
