Got Spark, Compression, and fuel.. No fire..

Okay, I have this on another post, but I really need to figure this one out. I have spark when I pull the plug and hold it against the block. It is wet when I pull it out, so I know it is getting fuel, and it has good compression when I tried to run it with only the front cylinder. But, it won't fire at all. Not even intermittently. Nothing. I tried different plugs, cause I have heard that some plugs will fire when not under compression, but none of them work, and all of them spark like heck when I hold them agains the block. I tried wiggling the plug wire to see if I would get a little bit of a fire, and nothing. I am lost. Please help.

What gap are you using on the new plugs?

I would check your coil and plug cap resistances as well, as they could be a factor. It is just going to be process of elimination I think.
