Fork Oil

Hey guys,
What brand of fork oil are you guys using, I guess what I'm asking is what is the best fork oil you have used? 10wt is stock weight oil correct?

The best fluid you can use is the Honda Pro Oils 5wt. This is the stuff in the black quart bottle, not the SS fluid in the clear bottle. OEM is 10w but that's one of the reasons the stock forks are so harsh.

Each fork takes right around 15 ounces, so you will be good to go with a quart.

One is quart is exactly enough. You will have just a couple of teaspoons of fluid left when you are finished. Good luck!
