clutch wont pump up?

i fill the reservoir up, pump the handle, bleed the bleeder on the slave cylinder, no air comes out, just fluid and the clutch will not build pressure. time for a master cylinder rebuild?

Sometimes the air sits in the top banjo fitting on the master so squeeze the handle and slowly loosen and retighten banjo using the pressure to push out the air then close the banjo before the pressure equalizes. after the air shoots out be aware some fluid will come out too so towels. Then bleed the system again and you are good to go. Or you will need a mityvac bleeder to aid.

Best way is to get a vacuum pump put it in the bleeder after its lose and suck the fluid out until no air Tighten bleeder before you take the hose off I do this every year. Pump is cheap

I got a mity-vac at Harbor Freight Tool store for under $30 on sale. It was a great investment for brake and clutch bleeding. makes the job 100 times easier and does it better.
