Carbs popping

Carbs popping
Carbs popping or spitting sound when i first start up. Then it does it occasionally when at a standstill even after bike is fully warmed up. Any advise would be appreciated. New to the forum. 2003 model

I got my bobber practically toghether and it runs out decent, however out of gear it sound great the evey one sometimes it jumps out on or the other carb. Principally when heated up. You can actuly see somewhat fly of smoke out the air channel as well, at that point kicks the bucket. In the event that it sits at 1500 it pops, yet doesn't slow down. The overview of what I've done is underneath. I attempted to attach a battery as well, actually does likewise doesn't completly slow down, just heasitates when the pops occur. any thoughts?
