ape cct?

anyone know where I can get a good deal on a set? I think I'm gonna replace mine just for peace of mind. And i think I also need a new chain and sprockets, I have the wife convinced mine are worn out and it's not safe to ride.

Hey 05Xman. Funny story, I told my wife the same thing and got the following out of her sympathy. I just recieved my new chain and sprockets and APE CCT's. I got the APE CCT's off ebay. The guy was super fast. I sent the money for the CCT's and gaskets ($105-$110 w/shipping, don't remember exactly) and recieved them in two days. Pretty nice and the guy contacted me within 10 min. of my email to confirm everything. I got my chain (RK GB530XSO, the gold one) from motorcycle pro shop, they only had 116 link so they offered to cut it to 102 for free. Here's the link for that.

I got JT sprockets from the same place (stock gearing 16/41), links here.

I think with shipping it was around $147.00. Got the chain and front sprocket the same week. Rear sprocket should be here today. I'll put the APE CCT's in when it's valve check time (about 3000 miles from now) to kill two birds with one stone. I'm still waiting on my feeler gauges anyway. Hope this helps.

Josh, Jerry Wolf at IC Cycles can order you the APE's. He ordered mine in and when I didn't have time to install them he did it for me. Great job! He's on I-35 about 32 street or so. He's at 331-6008.
