2 questions for/about Superblings bike...
The frame sliders, what type are they? They appear to be mounted into the "trellis" part of the frame higher and more forward of were the S&W kit puts them (which I like personally )
Also on the spools on the swing arm, they are below it, did someone tig them in place, or tig mounts on the arm for them.

Hmm, well I guess I should address these questions. LOL
A previous owner mounted them in that location and simply drilled holes and bolted a set on. I later added gsxr1000 sliders as they were about the longest I could find, looks be damned, as I wanted them to work as good as possible if I ever needed them.
Same for the spools. Welded on. Any welding shop worth their salt should be able to do it. My first VTR didn't have them and I used extra rubber grips on my rear wheel stand which worked OK but spools are much better.
BTW, are you going to buy the risers? I haven't heard from you since your original post.
