Yup, Free technical information for life, not to exceed the life of the watch in question, or on prior purchased watches, owner has one call per year, not to exceed 4 mins per call. I have used HJC CL-15 for almost a year now and I am very happy with it, the features and quality of this helmet are superb.

I was just looking at that one in a shop today, they had them on sale for $109.00 though they are probably cheaper online somewhere, I haven't looked yet...I was wondering how they were...I have the CL-14 Kast, and it is OK, but seems a little big...

Best $8 you can spend is the cheek pieces for HJC helmets. I got mine from New Enough and they work great. They just pop in with snaps.

My previous helmet was a CL-14 also, served me well for two years. The difference I saw with the cl-15 is that with the same medium size the cl-15's shell was a bit bigger than the cl-14. The fit on my head was the same comfortably snug fit, but for the same speed the cl-15 has much less wind noise than the cl-14, and the upper liner together with the cheek pads on the cl-15 are removable.

I'm currently riding with a Vemar. It's light and comfy with great ventalition. Why did we forget that one in the Poll list? I went from a long line of HJC's to the Vemar. I understand that Vemar has stopped distributing to North America so my next lid will probably be another HJC!

Im hoping my Shark turns out to be a wise decision, I guess I figured if it is good enough to protect moto gp riders heads than it is more than enough for me. The whole crumple zone technology is supposed to be pretty cool... Although, ideally I will never have to find out.

Here's hoping you never have to test out your Shark in that manner.

Icon sucks, WAY TO LOUD! My wife bought it for me, but I hardly ever wear it. I do like the cool rubberized paint though.

I mostly wear the KBC these days because it's the one I wired the bluetooth headset for my phone into.

I just got a Shoei RF1000 Cutlass TC1 with a tinted sheild. I rode with it today and this is by far the best helmet I have ever owned. It looks cool as hell and it's quiet too.
It does fog up a little, but I didn't have the breath guard installed, so I will try that tommorrow.

BTW, my HJC is listed for sale in the classifieds if anyone wants it.

Scorpion melon protector

I just bought a new scorpion exo-700 series helmet. Raider red is the color I believe. Have had a lot of helmets over the years and this one is pretty good and cost efficient. Snell and DOT ratings, visor interchanges real easy and fast, plenty of venting and its comfortable. One of my favorites for the price range.

I dig my Arai Signet GT. It breathes well, and is very light. I had a Shoei before that was good at the time. It was a tad heavier, and probably equally as loud.

I've got a Scorpion exo-700 as well, and I'm super-pleased with it for the price. (I've got the red rivet model...regular around $200 new, I got it off-the-showroom, closeout for $100 shipped....gotta love ebay) It's lightyears more comfy than my HJC (CH-1 or something?), which had ridiculous problems like the visor flipping full-open on over-shoulder glances, and the fact that my Medium, with only 3000 miles of ride-time on it, now fits like a Large.

The only complaint I have about the Scorpion, the ONLY complaint....is that it's loud as crap. All the venting is awesome as well as the quick screen changes, even though I don't use them....but....DAMN is it loud (louder than my HJC) :/
