We took out a guy like this in DC. He also had a fake cop car. By the time we were done with him (website, radio press, then TV press) he'd been investigated by the state police and his car had been repo'd.

Not worth the energy to even think about, but I suspect a car with this in my neighborhood would turn up vandalized one morning. Alcohol would probably be believed to have been involved.

However the post is worth it just for "douche-nozzle" lol

Those ball bearings can really do a number on a windshield when they are too close...right over the shoulder.

Now the vehicle with that sticker on it is VERY likely to be keyed, kicked, or any other type of damaged... Even if its just sitting in a parking lot...
