Thumbs down ExoticSportbike.com

Don't know if it's a "Rant!", but seemed the best place.

I went to order a Flo-Commander from ExoticSportbike.com Good price and someone else mentioned they'd gotten theirs from them.

I ordered on a Tuesday. I waited patiently. I checked the site using their "Check Order Status" button, and got nothing.

The following Monday, figuring I'd waited long enough (they informed me it was shipping out of PA and I should have it by Friday). I wrote an email to ExoticSportbike.com customer service.

Due to the time difference, I opened it the following day. They stated that they had received a "lost or stolen" report on my credit card. Not possible since I'd used the card since placing the order.

The part that upsets me and makes it a rant, is that I HAD TO CONTACT THEM ALMOST A WEEK LATER TO FIND THIS INFO OUT, THEY SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME AS SOON AS IT WAS DECLINED, THEY HAD ALL OF MY CONTACT INFO INCLUDING MY PHONE NUMBER. I did not place the order with them again, and will not. I'll spend the extra $15 dollars somewhere else that has a solid reputation for customer service.

I had problems with them as well. I ordered a scott's damper and ss brake/clutch lines from them and it was 3 weeks before they shipped anything. I also found it impossable to get anyone there on the phone and took several days for my emails to be returned. I finally got the ordered parts but I will never buy anything from them again and would advise caution to anyone thinking of purchasing from them!

I ordered straight from the source... I had it in my hand 3 days later... And I'm in Sweden... I'd say that's worth $15 more...

They have to be in Jersey since they make Jersey residents add 6% sales Tax.
