Ebay newbies should die

Got my first ever negative feedback on Ebay from a dim-witted numbfuck who couldn't figure out how to release a key from a gas cap that wasn't installed. Almost made it to 600 from buying and selling **** since, what, 1996?

AAAAARRRRRRHHGGFGGGGHH!

Dam I would get it removed. Just contact eBay and resolve it.

I'm going to see if he'll remove it himself. If he was nearby I'd hold his hand through the difficult process of removing the key.

Man, I hear ya. I just generally won't do ebay anymore...not selling anyway. Idiots...it's hard to escape 'em.

Those are the same type of people who actually need the instructions for fastening your seatbelt on an airplane.

The thing is, dude has a rating of 18. It sucks that you can work hard at doing something like this up front for so long and be shat on by some newbie... And he's not even returning my e-mails so I guess it's going to stick. Ebay doesn't seem to have any good system for sellers to get items removed when buyers leave negative feedbacks.

*sigh*

Call them and explain it to the Aladdin or princess Jasmin on the other line.
They will remove it, as far as keeping the feedback at 100% it's hard you need to subjugate your listings and preferences.

I think you will be able to move it to a neutral or even remove it just call them. Let us know how it went.

That ain't no monkey, that's my wife!

Well, no it's not. My wife is a LOT cuter. Of course Zira isn't a monkey either, blasphemer!

I got the buyer's phone number. I guess that's the next step...

So. After three e-mails to Ebay, two chat conversations that took up about four hours (including wait time), four e-mails to the buyer, two unreturned long-distance calls to the buyer and a call to Ebay that wasted about two hours... Nothing. Ebay WILL NOT remove the negative feedback. The buyer is a dingleberry who won't return calls or e-mails and Ebay has changed its rules so that a seller can't leave neutral or negative feedback at all.

Good fun.

That sucks Crash ! I got to 205 positive feedback 100%, then i got a neutral feedback for not including the original packaging when i clearly wrote in my add that the packaging was not included, he had feedback off 5. I contacted ebay and they said because he did not write any thing offensive they would not remove it, so i clicked positive feedback for him & then wrote what ever i wanted (& it was not positive!) & you can always leave follow up to there feedback. Good luck.
