I don't know. He was mumbling something derogatory about illegal aliens and especially those who claimed prior residence north of the Mason Dixon. Seemed to be especially irritated with the thought of that.

I might be able to work something out for you though. Send me a couple hundred and I talk to him for you. You got to approach these yankees with discretion ya know.

welcome aboard mput. Yeah they're gonna be cheap, and I'm gonna get the good Dr to whip me up a couple of nice braces to hold some my teeth in too.

This project might be like the gerbil in Richard Gere's butt...stuck or long gone.

Coerce, from Japan (the same country that made our bikes), makes a fork brace that looks good. I found some for sale on eBay UK

These can be easily mounted to just about any fork brace:

or in chrome:

Yeah I was checking those out earlier and I believe they would certainly be better than none. They might be a pia to install on another brace, and/or might protrude beyond the edge, esp if the rim was narrower than the superbrace. Maybe could work. though. thanks

Looks like the wait on this is indefinite. May be time to bite the bullet and order the Superbrace just to finish off this project.
