Okay, should we start a pool to guess what the HP/Torque gains will be? My guess is 3 HP with a nice push out on the torque curve to a peak of 65 ft-lbs at 8000 rpm!
You heard it here 1st

For such a small run of parts I really think you got good pricing, and delivery too. I can't wait to see some dyno comparisons.

I'm in on this initial order and I really don't know what all the chatter is about. All my reports from riders of other bikes, jetted, cammed, all say the stacks made the biggest difference. I've always respected the Superhawk in terms of how she breathes. Do I think that can be improved. YES!
These stacks are no new invention. Up until a couple years ago they were available on the web. Those days are gone but our members have stepped up to fill the gap. Good on ya!

Order should be completed in the next 2-3 days at most (based on call with producer earlier in the week). I hope to pick them up on Friday then ship them out shortly after (all units produced are already spoken for BTW).

That's OK. One of Tweety's sets will end up on my bike.

Hey fellas,
My machinist finally got back to me with a quote.
Minimum number is 34 units (17 pairs).
The price works out to $52USD each, but then I have to ship them from Australia which would make it something like $115USD per pair shipped.
So unfortunately I can't really improve much upon the price you guys already have.
I'm also waiting on a quote from a guy that does injection molding. The dies would be the expensive part, but the cost per item would be pretty good thereafter.

The last two sets are going out in the mail this evening. Soon, there will be a massive wave of mid-range torque sweeping across parts of North America and Europe, lol Thanks to everyone who took part

Despite my initial apprehension to do so, I broke down and installed the stacks in my VTR yesterday. My initial reason for holding off was for fear of being way off on the jetting but I figured I'd try them and try to adjust the Flo-Commander to get close with the jetting. Well, a bit of dicking around later (I had to cut a slot in both retaining rings to make room for the Flo-Commander tubing) and two turns of the F-C screw (to lean thigns out), I headed off for a 500 km ride today (had to go to Quebec city for work so I rode the bike). First impression: WOW! The bike definitely responds better and pulls with more authority. Whoile the seat of the pants is an imprecise dyno, the bike definitely feels snappier. TO those who took part, I think you'll be very happy. I know I am!!!!!!! Now if ythat damn Akrapovic system can only show up......

Indeed! And I am certain a proper jetting would uncork more yet (although I must be somewhat close as the bike responds extremely well as it is... the Flo-Commander is a wonderful thing if for no other reason that the ability to change jetting at the turn of a screw).
Let`s just say it shows how the intricate and time-consuming work carried out on the flow bench (in keeping with Hak`s earlier comments about the multiple radii he noted) pays off. Thank God for people who do this kind of stuff so people like us can benefit from their work and knowledge.
Looking forward to hearing back from the other participants.
BTW, In looking at the pics of Rick`s HPower units, the ones we have have a nicer finish for the mounting holes (slotted and better supported). I think you`ll be impressed in every way!

Glad they went with my slot version and glad to hear they perfomed excellent on your bike!
Hope you guys enjoy them. I had fun doing the project and if there is ever help needed in the future you know where to go
