Sharkskinz lowers question...
Ok, I just got my Sharkskinz lower cowl back from the painter and the color is dead-on (unlike the stuff ColorRite sent the painter...it was so far off, it wasn't even funny..). I'm going to give the cowl a week or two to setup really well, then I'm putting it on.
Question: Is there any trick to getting this thing on? I've done an easy trial fit and it looks pretty easy...of course, it never goes that way for real.
Thanks for any help...

I'd like to know the answer to that as well. Am considering buying a Sharkskinz full lower fairing and would like to know if it will fit well next to the stock upper fairing. Also, does Sharkskinz provide the mounting hardware or do you use the OEM mounting hardware?
Regarding the ColorRite paint, I've purchased some of their products and was very disappointed too. The color wasn't even close and I felt like I'd thrown money away.

Yes they are really easy to put on. I've had my sharkskinz lower on for 2 years now went on easy and stayed on perfectly. I have to buy a new one now since the other day I was taking a corner and a deer decided to hit me. Going with the Sharkskinz upper to this time. Gotta good winter project coming up.
