Led in air duct

So i have some strip lights that i used on my car and my for my license plate light. Thinking about putting them on the hawk thinking maybe in the air ducts to have them light up? was thinking about putting in amber and blue so it woudl blink for signals. then back to the white color when no signal is on.

What do you think???

Sounds pretty cool to me... will it ever be pure blue? Or the amber mixed w/blue would make white you're thinking? I ask 'cause blue lights are reserved for the five-oh.

My personal thought is that I notice blinking lights more when there're no lights around them... so maybe you could just run amber lights as running lights that blink on and off when you hit the turn signal switches?

my buddy has a red/blue light bar on top of his crown Vic, I'm told it came from a dumpster out back of a police garage, probably worth mentioning that his is a old interceptor model and painted black/white. The police have surprisingly never said anything about him having it on there, but he lives in Milwaukee wi and the police don't really give a **** out there. and a guy I work with has blue under glow on his ninja and I'm not aware of him getting ticketed which is surprising cause the cops are ticket happy out by me

Did you put them on a switch or just have them on all the time?
