Fuel tank

Yeah, Shayne. I know you know. I was expanding on you comments not challenging them. Unless you are a multi-millionaire American who simply must have another 3 litres of fuel for your VTR, don't waste your time thinking about it. After a couple of hours on my bike, I'm always ready for a ****, a smoke, a cup of coffee and a chance to stretch my legs anyhow.
PS... Re; the motogp thread on ozfirestorm...This is one American who was pulling for Stoner at Laguna because;
1) I like Stoner anyhow
2) I like seeing little Ducati beat Yamaha and Honda
3) Any man who can cross the finish line while showing his *** to Rossi is worth cheering for.

You could be right in the US. Over here the extra mileage really helps trying to get to the next fuel stop. Running out aint fun.
As for MotoGP, Casey has plenty of fans, and he can ride the red beast well for sure!

I emailed the maker of the kevlar tank a business lesson a while back. I told them that people who spend $1200 on fuel tanks do so with their Ducatis, not Superhawks and while they probably sell a few units here and there they should make it out of fiberglass or just about anything else and drop the price to $500. They'd sell one to every S'Hawk owner on earth. Looks like they didn't take it to heart. lol
