ive never tried but in many forums on here they say that the China made stuff is not a direct bold and go that many had to do some extra work to make their fairing fit. Just saying. Again i have never used any of these fairings jsut read a few forums about aftermarket fairings

Tweety! Zing right on time!

It looks to have a euro headlight cutout which wouldnt match up but for the price it would be worth the project. For that tho I would adapt RC51 race stuff

smokinjoe73, the reason for me linking the search, is that the same question was asked about a week ago, with the same resulting discussion...

But, a question for you then...

What's the difference between the "euro headlight cutout" and a "US headlight cutout"? Please educate a poor fool...

I really would like to know, since the last 5 or 6 times I have put a US headlight in a Swedish fairing it has matched right up?! I must obviously be doing something wrong...

OK so maybe they are the same in euroland, but on that link and on other chinese fairings I have seen, what I should've said was that its labelled superhawk but its an SP1 or RC51 fairing. The ones I posted on here were that way.

Oh and just because they say it bolts right up doesnt make it true. But they sell more items that way. Less sales if they say "we're lying" or "struggle required". Its a profit thing.

Did you and I click the same link? Looks like Superhawk bodywork to me.

That's what it looks like to me too... And Firestorm/Superhawk, whatever... There really isn't much difference, and there certainly isn't any physical difference in any parts except the fuel tank, and the decals... But that could just be me, the oddball guy that have tried parts from both...

the only way to find out is to buy a set and post it.. if you're in need it would probably be around 550 shipped.

They are crap I bought a set last months the holes were not drilled properly. The headlight bracket completely broke out and two tabs are busted. Plastic is half as thick as own.
