Well... We can't have you winning by default now, can we... Let's at least make it interesting... I'll be the miss Piggy to your Kermit...
The owner, that'd be me then...
Model year is 1997, but if you calculate out the average of the parts, it ends up somewhere around 2003 I think...
Color, the stock to R157 Italian Red, on most parts, and the hugger and undertail in Gloss Black...
Modifications (the one's I can remember):
CBR 1000RR fork:
- CBR 1000RR USD fork (Reworked with Öhlins internals)
- CBR 1000RR wheel with 320mm rotors
- CBR 1000RR complete brake (Radial M/C, radial calipers) with braided lines
- CBR 954RR/929RR triple tree
- ConvertiBars adjustable clip-ons
- Moved the radiators 1" back to make room for the fork
CBR 1000RR instrument cluster:
- CBR 1000RR temp sensor (Replaced ECT)
- Integrated gear indicator (build and design by me)
- Integrated fuelgauge & charging indicator
- Integrated gear indicator (Home made, in progress)
- Speedohealer (v4)
RC51-SP2 swingarm:
- RC51-SP2 swingarm with custom welded lower link mount (Idea from hawkter996)
- CBR F4i rear shock (Modified with heavier spring and custom internals by Jamie Daugherty)
- RC51-SP2 rear caliper & caliper mount
- CBR 1000RR rear wheel & sprocket (6" with a 190/55 tire)
- Custom mount plate for rearset at the pivot bolt
- Custom rearset (parts from cheap eBay set and some custom made parts)
Fairing:
- Dark tinted DB screen
- CBR 954RR OEM hugger
- Mototeck undertail
- GSXR Mirrors, with signals in them (Custom made mount from scratch)
- T-Rex sliders
- Delrin sliders on both wheel axles
Electrical:
- HID projector (Nissan G35) High & low beam.
- Brake light modulator (build and design by me)
- R1 Mosfet Regulator/Rectifier Swap
- Peugeot 206/307 flush mount indicators
- LED plate light in Mototeck undertail
- LED taillight Retrofit (Idea from haknslash)
- 8 pack of A123 cells replaced the battery ("Home made")
- Moved ECU & CDI to the battery box with the new smaller battery
- Improved wire harness with more ground points
- Suzuki Hayabusa handlebar controls (Gives me warning lights and moves the light switch to above the start button, great for killing the HID before cranking)
Engine:
- Custom one of a kind cam's
- Adjustable Cam sprockets
- Ported & flowed heads
- Lightened flywheel
- BMC Street airfilter
- FloCommander
- Aluminum velocity stacks
- DIY Manual CCT's (bolt through drilled out stock CCT body)
- Moriwaki Highcomp Pistons
- Moriwaki Oz valves & springs
- Reinforced Crank & Rod bearings/seats
- EBC Heavy duty clutch springs and plates
- Factory Pro Shiftstar, spring and detent kit
Misc:
- Sargent seat
- Aluminum front fairing stay & rear subframe (custom made by me)
- Jardine Aluminum high mount slip-on, removed muffler mount from stock rear footpegs and spaced them out
- 16/42 gearing
- Short throw throttle
- Adjustable and folding brake and clutch grips
- Custom made mount for my disc lock (I got tired of opening the seat to store it)
Things I haven't gotten around to finishing quite yet:
- VFR 800 fuel tank (Still need to fix the joint line with the seat, not willing to cut on the Sargent seat...)
- Öhlins steering damper (I didn't need one before, but with the high rear and slightly lower front the bike is a bit prone to headshakes on corner exit if I push it...) Still need to find the correct parts to match up the 929/954 triple and VTR frame...
Plus a whole bunch of little things I already forgotten... I'm on my second round of re-doing mod I forgot I had done now... Or it could be the third?!?

Yep, I should... But that includes cleaning the bike... And it hasn't been 5 years from the last cleaning yet, so I'm holding out... And besides, I'm not done with it yet...

Nuhu... I didn't win it... It's a tie... And that was dissapointingly PC of the lot of you...
But, I guess I actually prefer a tie... I like Kermit... If I where to re-do my bike from the ground up, I'd probably steal a few of the ideas... But not all...

Does this mean another poll gets set up then.
I'm thinking of entering mine for a laugh in the March VTROM. I shall have to give it a wash first and take some good pics. See how well she does before some serious customisation.
