Nice work on that clamp.
Not that I need one, but how much might you sell that piece for ?
Not to mention the rearsets that you made.
As far as not having any spark, I assume you had spark before you took the bike apart.
Unless you damaged your converter or the ECM while welding on the bike without disconnecting them first, or not having the welder's ground clamp properly attached, simply retrace your steps and you might just find the cause for your spark problem, such as an unplugged connector etc.
Can't wait to see the finished bike.

When i worked in the frame, I disconnect the frame from the engine and the rest of the bike...
For a couple of triplee clamps "at measure" the cost is near 350/400€... but this is a forced choice, because the offset of the Brembo racing brake disks was greater than the original, so I have to increase the distance of the fork legs.

Another update.... i work in all piece of the bike in the same time, so whit the pics was difficult to know at what point is the bike and how many far was the end of the works on it....
This is the first part of the fairing near to the finish... i have to attach other stickers and spray whit the trasparent paint....
I want to make the upper fairing in white, similar to the RC51... what do you think about?!?!

Toootally impressing. you have awsome skills really!
Are you going to anodize the clamps yourself? Im playing around with that aswell. And i cant make the colors stick to the things im trying to anodize. If youre doing it youself. Maybe you could help us out with an anodizing" how to" one Day?..
Keep the pictures coming...

I ask to Roger D. and other people have raced whit the SH what's better to reinforced, and where... so i've decided to reinforce only some parts of the frame...
I hav'nt understand exactly what you mean whit "cast pieces"... sorry for my english...
For the swingarm, I've to decided what make... but whit the Ohlins shock i can't make a upper braced mods... so i've to reassembly the frame, the shock, and understand how many space i've for working in the swingarm... and how can I work!

Rama, for the swingarm, you can always sling the brace underneath, where it won't interfere with the shock at all...
By "reinforcing the cast" thya mean, that on some race bikes there have been reinforcements going out from the rear of the frame to connect to the swingarm bolt... I have a picture on another computer... I'll post later...

Zmaniv, yes, it's a shock for Aprilia RSV and customized to fit (you can see the spacer from the frame to the shock)
Toy4xchris, thanks!
Tweety, yes, i've many space for brace the swingarm...
and for the "cast" reinforcing i've understand what means now... ;-)

Man that looks awesome! I'm thinking that next winter I'll do something like that to my hawk, the painting and such, not the mods, no skills here but I sure like the red heads and black frame
