My new RC

I just picked up an RC after too long of wanting one. It's an 03' with some goodies installed already. Here are a few pics of the RC and a couple with the hawk. Enjoy! ....if you can

Sorry the pics are so small. I tried to figure out how to bring the file size down w/out shrinking the photo so much but obviously I did not succeed.

Ooooh I'm drooling. I love it! Whatever I bet you don't have a SATO TITANIUM KICKSTAND like I put on my superhawk lol. Adds at least 10hp...really

Seriously that bike is really really nice. How's she run? Was it dynoed? Definitely deserving of some bigger pics.

She runs strong! I need to dial in the fueling under 4500 rpm...not the smoothest at the moment. I plan to dyno it within the next week and have the air/fuel mixture tuned. After she's dyno'ed I will post the chart...barring I can figure out how to post the pics better.

I had a local race shop set up the ohlins for my weight and put "Jennings settings" for comp/reb. That made a huge difference. The forks and shock were not matched in their rates before hand. She def' rides stiff compared to the hawk but it feels good in the corners.

I was a little skeptical of the Jardine full 2 into 1 exhaust for mid range and low end but it feels pretty strong right now and will be better once I get the fueling dialed in....but once past about 6500 rpm she takes off and pulls harder than any RC I've ridden! Surprised me some actually. I cannot wait to see the mid range torque #'s to see how they compare to similar set-ups with the sato's.

The main thing that made me buy this particular RC is how light it feels. The previous owner did a great job of dropping weight off the bike and in the right areas. She steers quick for an RC and feels planted. The extra ride height dialed into the shock plus the kyle link and taller 190/55 tire help with the steering also.
