Intro to me and my bike...
Now then guys, I thought I better put up a couple of pics of my bike as I have been looking through the site for a while now, but, not been posted anything yet.
I live in Lincoln, England. I bought the bike in Feb this year after having passing my test in December last year. It's my first big bike and I'm enjoying it. I have ridden bikes before ranging from R1s and Ninjas to Z1000s (under completely controlled environments - off road of course ) none of them have the character of this though.
My bike is a 98 in yellow with belly pan, dark double bubble screen, Power Bronze crash bungs and twin Art race cans. I've just added some adjustable levers because the ones that were on were absolute garbage!
In the pipeline is a respray, foot-peg drop, CBR front end and clocks, single sided exhaust and possibly a single sided swinger when/if funds allow. I would love to go ***** out with all kinds of different ideas I have, but, think It's going to be limited to mainly cosmetic changes for the time being.
Anyway hope you guys like the pics, I know it doesnt look much different from a standard bike but I'm working on it......

Not too sure about the yellow myself, which is why it's being hit with some white pearl in the near future - paint has been bought, just toying with what I will do with the fairings....I like the look of the blue/white VTR on here with SP1/2 fairings on
Its not bad for an oldy, but like most it needs few bits and bobs sorting, which is why I originally singed up
