Kansas Hawk riders?
I'm not really trying to organize a ride, I was just wondering how many members were close to the Wichita, Kansas area? Since I'm not trying to get people together I would consider 300 miles close.

Well... you might be a little far away, but I think it should still count in some way. My mom was born in NC, but that was like 52 years ago, lives 25 miles south of Wichita now, maybe thats how we can connect it.

The thought of spring alone is a great thought....but the thought of riding my hawk is almost hard to imagine. If you decide on a time and place I will be there if at all possible. I go to the garage, take a look and remind myself of better days to come.

Nope. Osage City... free on Sundays.
Wichita is a long way on a 'Hawk, considering it's short legs, but I have family in Wellington. I suppose I could invite myself to Sunday lunch with them after going to Beaumont for breakfast sometime on a "second Sunday" run.
The KC area is doable for me as well since my parents live in OP part of the year.
