Sadly not as great as Mastro - But rode to work today into NYC, then out to Newark to watch USA lose in WC
I was a bit PO'ed after lose, so I sped home from Newark, 73 miles in under an hour.
Oh and the VTR turned 49k on the ride home with new MOSFET R/R - she's running like new!
I will NEVER get rid of this moto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Love U Baby!!!!
4th of July road trip might happen

Parked bike on rain soaked gravel...went in for a nap. Woke up, came out to bike laying on its side with a broken windshield. Sscottyyy shipped a dark smoke DB today to my attention. Great group of guys except potty mouth Crux!

With the iPad, I can zoom in quickly and it looks like he has the lock nut tightened down with a jam nut tightened on top of that. Sure not going anywhere haha
Hey, I resemble that remark

Rode it to a double funeral yesterday. My buddy and his wife hit a farm truck head-on with their R1 at triple digit speed and were summarily killed. The farmer was ok.
They leave behind some orphans.

Thank you Tbonenast, installed the two brothers carbon fiber, loud as hell, but love the exhaust note... In the mood to disturb the neighbors for a change.

Thank you all.
A fifty yr old, well heeled rider on a very capable machine made a judgment error that cost him and his wife their lives.
His wife was a very willing participant in the whole thing and was not put off by the speed at all.
He and her and I rode many miles together at speed and they would pass me two-up while I was giving the SuperHawk all she got.
After 9 deaths in our circle in the last 15mos nobody wants to ride fast anymore. I have chicken strips again because I'm getting gun-shy and haven't forgotten the deer I smacked.
Rant over. Let's ride and be safe. See ya in the funny pages.
