Undertail clip broke!!! HELP! ! !

https://www.superhawkforum.com/files/vtr050.jpg

hey guys... this is another pic from an undertail post, ill get a pic up of mine if you wanna see it. well, the dilemma is that the little screw you see holding the upper tail fairing (?) to the undertail (theres one on each side) , is broke on mine... i can wrap the upper fairing over the lower tail fairing, but when i sit down, it wil bow out on the side that the clip is just dangling. got any ideas? an industrial glue? its drivin my nuts cus now the back stock rectangular tail light is loose unless i smash the fairings together. i dont wanna buy a new upper fairing just for a CLIP. thanks guys.

p.s. if you need more pics of my actual red bike i just got, ill send em

So is it the ear thats broken off the plastic or the plastic screw (bolt) thats broken?
If the ear is broken, try finding a beat up tail on ebay, cut off the clip and JB weld it onto your tail piece, then go to colorite and get a can of spray paint that matches your bike (if its a stock color)

If its the bolt (screw) buy a new one.

Or if you dont care a whole lot about the way it looks and just want it fixed, drill a little pilot hole in the tail piece thats there and run a screw into the undertail to hold the two together.
