True or False

My buddy got an 05 Ninja 636 and claims it can wheelie 1st-3rd, but hasn't said if it has stock sprocket or aftermarket. I was wondering if it's true, without popping the clutch that is. Sorry but I didn't think 600's were powerful enough to lift the front end.

I just sold an 03 636 that was stock but streetfightr setup

in second gear about 60 it would lift the front wheel with no clutch

hit the throttle and a slight tug on the bars and up up up

just dont set her down with the wheel turned!! makes for a tight butthole!!!!!

Set up as a streetfighter, I'm guessing the stock front fairings are gone, headlight, etc. and the bars are dirt bars?

Your seating position keeps the weight central & makes it much easier to wheelie.

636 will wheelie in third with the clutch, but it's doubtful it will wheelie in second on the throttle. Cluching is the way to go anyways (if you're into that sort of thing); there is too much stress on the drivetrain preloading the front to bounce it up with a power wheelie.

1st and 2nd, power wheelie no problem. 3rd gear not so much you're already doing 130. I rode one earlier today with stock sprockets. aftermarket ones may be different, shorter power in 1st 2nd and 3rd could.

yes no plastic on the bike, had vortex clip ons flipped upside down so they were straight across. it worked great!! was a higher seating than stock but not quite straight up

of all the bikes I have ever owned for a 600 it had the most power and best delivery

I picked it up as a wreck, spent the winter replacing all the busted bits and decided on streetfighter
