strange stumble after tps mod....

okay here goes...just did tps mod, original was out at 871 ohms! set it to 505 and now every once and a while i have a strange duh-duh at 5.5-6.0 grand. it does not happen all the time or in neutral, only sometimes and in gear at full throttle. could this be carbs out of sync? never did this before so i hope someone can give me some direction. bike has been jetted, it also had m4 complete exhaust with headers and k&n air filter.

You're not going to like this but I'd go ahead and rotate the tps back into that 800 region and see if the hesitation goes away. I don't see why or how jetting conditions would have changed. I've never heard of anyone having this problem after doing this mod.

Before you do that, change the batteries in your meter and test it again. Ohms measurement uses the onboard battery in the meter to provide the measurement. An aging battery can give false readings.

The measurement is also indicated at 68 degrees F. I have no idea why this might or might not matter.
