Seat height?

Do either the Sargent or Corbin seat raise or lower you compared to the stock seat? I'm vertically challenged the way it is and don't want to add any more height if it can be avoided. In fact it would be great if they were a little lower. TIA

The Sargent is definitely higher. I just got rid of one for that reason.
I believe the Corbin is the same height or slightly lower.
I am getting one in a few days so I will let you know on that.

I've got a Sargent and I would agree it is likely a bit higher - but it is so comfy, no reason to put your feet down!

The Sargent is certainly taller than stock...probably by a half-inch or so. You could wear boots with thicker soles to compensate for this.

Corbin feels like.its much lowerbut its wider up front so might actually harder to get both feet.down waits wider to straddle. I thought Sargent was pretty close to stock height and shape width wise.

+1 on Corbin being lower and wider.

Yeah that's what I was afraid of. I do wear thick soled boots when I ride and I'm still tiptoe on both sides together or almost flat on one side. I'd rather not compromise safety for comfort. Plus it's hard enough backing up with the stock seat, I'd hate to try it with a higher one. Thanks everyone for your input.
