Rider Down - Blue Ridge Boy

Thoughts and prayers to the family. Life can be very short sometimes though we should not lament over a man that was enjoying his life while here on earth.
We should all do a gut check to make sure we are prepared for the end if it were to be today.

The perspective of him as a respected member of this forum, the visions that we all have of our own sons, gives great pause to this loss. As a father I imagine your loss is without bounds of sadness when you grew up that close together.
At the end of the day, remember and celebrate that time that you crawled around in the mud and got stuck with the lawn tractor. You had so much more than most Dads have today and your are both to be celebrated for it.

My thoughts go out to his family and friends. From what I read in his posts he really seemed to be a great guy, and was/is always fun to read.
He was a great member here and the forum will be less colorful without blue, but he still lives in the profile and posts he left here.
May he Ride In Peace!
