POLL - Front & Rear Shock Setting

about to adjust fronts and the shock in the back (the yellow one under my behind ) . was curious as to where you guys have your fron and rear settings at .
please state hieght/weight and how many turns out or in in front and notch setting for rear(1-7?) , notch 1 being the lowest notch(lowered the most) . also, please ad any mods you have done to the suspension (shims, etc) .

thanks

L8RGYZ is an unknown quantity at this point
5' 8" & 180lbs

I'm still experimenting with the settings on my fully stock suspension.

For around town riding I usually run the front preload @ 3 rings, and rebound @ 1 turn from full hard; and the back preload at the 3rd position, with rebound @ 1 turn from full hard. On weekends I the same preload, but just do a half turn on front & rear rebound.

i do city drivin, and occassional twisties, but mostly crappy roads and bums and stuff common to Ohio's fine roadways

I dunno if this helps, but I had Race Tech front springs (1.0kg/mm) in the forks and the rear shock was at 5 clicks.

I had planned on shimming the rear shock, but never got around to it.
