Greetings everyone,
I am a member of the UK version of the VTR forum and have dropped in on this one many times now. Thought it was about time I joined.
I am a 47 year old father and grandfather on my first Firestorm, I am loving every minute of it. This is my first bike since a really bad crash nearly two years ago; broke my right leg in 5 places, now got a false kneecap, 6 steel plates and 16 pins inserted. That was on my last bike (GSX1000).
Currently I study English at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. I live with my wife and kids in a place called Forfar, a beautiful part of the world with some great runs.
I will be making good use of this web site and am looking forward to chatting to as many Superhawk owners as possible.
