New to the forums!
took a whole day to get the email link back so I could activate, but it came through, finally! I run an auto dealership, and recently we were at a salvage auction, and I bought a 99 Superhawk with 11,500 miles on it. It had been flipped from a stoppie. I have spent the last couple months gathering parts, and finally got it all together and painted. There was no mechanical, or frame issues, the subframe just had to be tweaked a little, and the front fairing stay as well. 95% of it was cosmetic, just all plastics.
I found a bunch on Ebay, etc. I put new Dunlops on, and some Carbon fiber levers, and mirrors. and a ZG Double Bubble. It runs excellent.
Here is one pic, I will post the rest in the album, and ride pictures section:
Letme know what you all think!
I myself own a 1990 600R Ninja right now, jetted, Muzzy full stainless system.
Right now the Superhawk is for sale here at our shop. But, I have been taking it out, and I just may buy it, if it doesnt sell
