I remounted the oil cooler. Made an aluminum bracket, drilled and tapped 2 holes in the engine block, and mounted that bitch up.

I found some subframe material in the oddest of places, Tractor supply. They only carry one size, and its the size i need.

ya my ex girlfriend and I were there and i saw it out of the corner of my eye. I went over to check it out and the tubing happened to be what I need. Everywhere online wants like 25 bucks shipping.

I started routing my plumbing from the water pump. Im using 1 inch 1/8th wall aluminum tubing.

got some 16 gauge 3003 series alloy aluminum sheet to build my gastank and airbox out of today.

Ive cut out my aluminum base plates that will mount to the carbs for the airbox.

Got my rearsets drilled and on the bike supporting weight, they are trick.

Built another wooden subframe, this one holds my weight. I built a wooden seat and positioned it how i wanted now that I have the bars and rearsets on.

Seat height is 33 inches.

That seat isn't nearly as sloped forward as it seemed like it would be.

I'd probably find an old ironing board cover and cut a piece out for the seat, it'd give you a little padding and cover the wood for a better look...
