im sick as a dog so i stayed inside today. I drew up the plans for my subframe and radiator. I got another Co2 tank from a friend today, What do you think, should i make 2 cans, one for each side?
I also got to see the bone of my index finger today, that was interesting, i didnt think my knife was that sharp, i was wrong.

Yes, two will be better. I tried the single exhaust mod using a Moriwaki Ti pipe from an RC51. I didn't like it that much. Maybe it was my jetting for it, but it felt like I lost torque down low (hard to get a wheelie) but gained a few up top (based on roll-ons with another VTR with TBR cans). Grind out the restriction in the right header and bolt them babies on!

i like the look of 1 can. Ill probably use the stock headers then do my own pipe design where the 2 collect into one all the way to the so called "muffler". I think 2 inch pipe should be sufficient for the 2 into 1 for a basically stock motor.

Greetings from another tennessee rider, from the other end of the state though. I like the ideas that you got for it, but do you think you seat design will have enough air flow for a radiator? Either way it looks like you got some good ideas. A group TN ride sounds great. When its warmer though.

if i had a wind tunnel i would find the best way to get airflow to the radiator, but since i dont have one ill have to experiment. There will deffinitly be fans to help cool the rad at a stop- slow speed.

Wanna borrow my wind tunnel. lol. Ask Kai Ju about the cooling issues. He wound up using two stock fans. His may be different from yours, he does live in Cali.

as a big fan of shiny things I love me my projector lights, what are those off of if anything. I mostly get bmw ones and audi lights I have about 6 of them now, I can't stop myself I don't need them but they are just so damn shiny!

i usually am not a fan of shiny things, in case you didnt notice my monster on the first page, but i am into good lighting. I want to run a different projector on the bottom with a HID setup. My bad wreck was at night, not that any more light would have helped, but i want as much illumination as i can get.

As of right now the lights are not individually movable vertically, but they will be. I wanted to see how they would look with a solid bracket so i knocked these out. You can notice the top light is aimed 2 degrees higher, my high beam.
I will cut these brackets apart, or make another set where the lights will be individually focusable.
