I just got a Devil Highmount Exhaust.. And so...

My big brother found a Devil highmount exhaust system and gave it to me for my birthday.
So should I dump the Two Bros exhaust and make the switch?
Me thinks... Yes.....actually.... **** yes.... The sound is torrid....
But what would you do?

Your kidding.... right?????
PERSONALLY, I wouldn't even have posted the question..
My hands would have been turning wrenches, and the change would have been done.
Simply -the quality of the DEVIL slip-ons is better, the sound is better.. High mounts......
DUH ! ! ! !

Having had both, I prefer low mount. AND, carbon isn't forever!! I would definitely swap them out to make your decision. Kardiac just put a set of Devil's on his hawk and I like 'em. They sound and look better than the Jardines IMO. The bend up gets in the way of your heal though. Not a huge problem but you will notice. If your 2bros is metal you always have the option of cutting them down to increase dB!!
Oh and did I mention carbon won't last forever?

Yeah I know all about the aura of the DHME's.... But they don't cure cancer..... A thorough investigation will be undertaken because I am with Wolverine... I just prefer low mounted exhausts..... I'll follow up after I try em'.... As soon as it stops ******* snowing in Denver....that is... Xo

Uhh, not looking forward to the white stuff.

The low's look even better when they aren't as long.

Kardiac it sounds just like mine! LOVE it!! An hey don't you worry about the seat cowl cutting into your expensive azz seat? It did a little on mine, so it's been retired to the garage to collect dust..for now.

And Patton man post pics!!!

Nah.. I actually lipped the inside with this 3m foam tape ****. One side peals the other is soft sponge material and its black. I ran it on the lip where the cowl rests on the top of the leather. Of course its on the inside so no one can see lol.

DO IT AND PUT THAT COWL BACK ON

I know, the cowl looks sexy...until a stray honey wants to go for a ride and tries to jump on...Get off, HO! That ain't a seat! LOL

I always thought of just sanding it down...but your idea sounds better...maybe a combo of both? Hmmm...

Wow, Bandit400, that is a beautiful bike with those Devils on it. You don't see the Teal bikes very often.
There are dozens of videos on YouTube of guys showing off their new cans on their VTRs. By far the best sounding one, IMHO, is a guy with a pair of Devil high-mounts on his VTR.
