Highest top speed ever for a Superhawk
#31
did the same when I was first building mine...big difference. With no kickstand you'll tend to park it upside down on the bars and seat thereby draining some of those heavy fluids out for an even higher top speed. Just be very careful riding naked.

My bike topped out at 170 on a long downhill, normal top speed is around 155-160 depending on wind.

That's because the kickstand sticks out to the side just a little and creates drag. Everyone knows that to go fast you have to get rid of the kickstand!

They're all from 2006. I posted up the links I could find in that post. I don't care if anyone on here has my email or cell# honestly... It's just that if you google my email they all immediately show up and again in some I also posted my cell#

You're obviously not familiar with the dyno tuning to 10.200RPM method.
And you'll catch more flies with honey than with short wiener remarks.

With stock gearing they will. Yes, of course the speedometer is off. Cycle World tested the original '98 to 155 and several guys at the dealer I bought my first one from also had them and one had a full exhaust and carbs done and they radared his at 161.
