Maybe someone of you was in my neighbourhood? It's 10 min to Ramstein and 20 to Baumholder where i live. Actually i've got Airforce members next door.
I made some friends here that are now back in the states, most of 'em ride motorbikes too...

Too funny I learned to ride in Germany....
17 years old on a XJ550 seca / autobahn / beer / early '80s.....
Where do I start with the stories????

That said, is the VTR still sold in Germany?
How popular of a bike is it?
They are become more and more rare in the US....

The VTR1000F Superhawk / Firestorm was built and sold in Germany 'til 2005. You won't see too many VTR's in Germany, but enough to have a huge forum...

I guess at it's best time about 8000-9000.

Just a guess, maybe Higgens knows better...
