A fun weekend

Hey guys!! I just got home from visiting Cornandp and I have to say that I learned alot this weekend. I learnt that on a pretty much dead front tire, I can still hold my own against Corny in unfamilar twisties. Plus I lost pretty much the rest of my Chickenstrips on my 190 rear tire and learnt how tune my suspension and that my makeshift fram/hawk filter was causing my bike to run poor. Swapped it out and she runs SOOOOOO much better It was awesome. The total amout of twisties was around 220, plus the round trip ride from my place there and back was around 400. Thats a total of 620 miles that I rode. This may not seem much but that is alot of miles in just one weekend for me ever. LOL!!! Anyways, just wanted to share the good news

Glad you had a good time. As long as your head is on straight, the twisties can do a lot to help you forget bad times.

When my ex and I split, I had one old friend to ride with, and another to surf with. Staying busy is one of the best ways to heal, especially if you're busy doing things you like.

Yea very true. all weekend I was flippin Corny flak about his cafe racer. Guys pic dont do justice on that bike. It is absolutely beautiful. And yes I had a hard time keeping up in the twisies against the CB500 but when it came to straights I was right behind him. LOL!! I have to admit it is very agile and fast but runs out of steam on the striaghts. We als found out that Corny and I are running a 43T in the rear. LOL!!! We both thought we were running stock rears but after counting teeth and matching part #s it was the same. That is good news. Both our fronts are still 16T. Oh I forgot to tell everyone that we also bashed on Harleys all weekend too!!! LOL!!!

Seattle Superhawk, Got my new phone. Will text you when I regain my strength to go riding again. Stll very sore from this weekend.
