It's gone, that site has been down for some time, They sold to another company, which then changed directions and stopped supporting the project.

This morning we started sending email out to Frappr.com members about the imminent retirement of the "Classic" Frappr Guest Map. To clarify, the "New" Frappr Guest Maps, that we created 2 years ago, and offer up from Platial.com/frappr, are safe.

Community mapping service Platial announced this week that it is turning off its servers and asking users to move their content onto the servers of other providers. Just short of 5 years old, Platial raised some venture capital, bought other small companies and made a name for itself, but in the end wasn't able to build a business.
