Talking foggy visor

Hey guys,
Just wondering what you guys are using as an anti-fog for your visors. I have used the fog city inserts & personally I didn't like it. Have any of you used a spray on anti fog chemical? If so how did it work & what was it? Is there another alternative out there that I am not aware of?

Thanks

I use Fog-Off. It's not too bad. It has to be reapplied maybe once a week. I works well for me because I wear glasses so they need to be sprayed too.

One of my AGV helmets has an anti-fog shield that actually lives up to it's name, at least for now. Then of course I still wipe down my glasses.

Other things that work spit or toothpaste. For either apply to shield and wipe with soft cloth until clear again.

I use "Plexus". It seals the pores in the plastic. Limits the amount of moisture vapors from settling on the inside of the shield.

I use a liquid called "never fog" seems to work well for my glasses and the helmet shields.

i use scotts shield cleaner w/ anti-fog ( buy it at cycle gear ). but my Shoei RF-1000 has a handy lever that either locks the visor or just cracks it open for anti-fog / ventilation.

the best option my be a breath guard insert.

Rain-X makes an anti-fog product. You can also use shaving cream. Just rub a dab on the inside of the shield and keep rubbing until it's dry and clear.

Here ya go. It's a breath deflector:

I have the one that is made for my HJC. Comes right up to the bridge of your nose and softly seals against your cheeks.

I love mine!

Uses Velcro, so it's easy to take out and put in.
