LOL, nope. She hates riding on the back and will do so only under emergency circumstances.

He picked it up today. Now I need to see if anyone wants a stock exhaust, Sargent seat with yellow piping and Race Tech fork springs.

hawk buyer

well I'm new to this forum but not new to the superhawk. I'm the guy who purchased the bike from Todd . He was very honest about the bike ,I have it apart the rear cct went bad just like he said and it bent the exhaust valves(not bad) so I have the parts and will have it running this weekend .

I'm going throught the same fix on the same cylinder now. Good luck on the fix. I'm just wondering what route you decided on the fix. Rebuilding the head? Replacing with use?

new valves,seals,head gasket and 2 new ccts = $243.00+ my 2 sons are learning how to replaces valves ,clean carbs and time a honda twin =priceless , its not hard if you have the right tools. I did my own cct rebuild on my red superhawk (gutted the stock ccts ) good luck

Pray tell what are the details of "I did my own cct rebuild on my red superhawk (gutted the stock ccts ) good luck", did you re-spring them? or replace the guts with manual adjusters?
