so ive been a lil nervous and hesitant. thinking a 250 would be better for me. but the bank has called and im guessing it was for the loan. i think ill grow a pair and get it lol. how would you guys rate the SH comfort wise? most likely ill raise the bars somehow (not sure how)

My only comfort complaint is the clip-ons. It's not the height that makes them uncomfortable for me, it's the excessive downward angle. There are different options to change the height and the angle. If you go too high, you may need to trim the upper part of the fairing for clearance.

Have you sat on the bike yet or rode it? May even get them to through in a helmet or at least a discounted rate on one.

ive sat on it and it seemed comfortable for my 6'4 180 pound frame (yup i need food) at least while not moving. havnt rode it yet. and ill see if i can jew em into throwing in a helmet because the title+tax fees or whatev will get me. but i fell in love when i seen it in person

woo salesman said yes to the freebie helmet!
and ive been chatting with the loan guys and i dont need a co-sign which is awesome because nobody in my familly would put theyre credit on the line for anybody!. my argument was its only 3k and even though i dont have it now. i have a stable job and want to pay it off before the term is due.

We live in different worlds. I could never get myself to buy a luxury on credit.

Missing decals on the fairing could have been removed with a hair drier in 10 minutes and applied to a piece of plastic to save like I did 10 minutes after I brought my 98 home new in 1999. I have never liked our VTRs being called a SH because I remember when the original 305 SH came out.

Yup. Life is fragile and short. If a MC is your passion, then I say go for it. Patience, self discipline and education are your best defense against an early demise.

The yellow paint is nice but the tank pad made from an old Suzuki tire seals the deal!
