I read the instructions on the forum about uploading, but I am having probs with my pics.... Seems since my pics were taken with a 5.0 MP camera, the file size is too big, so they won't work. I'd appreciate any suggestions....

I'm no expert, since I haven't been able to get mine yet. However, you should be able to reduce the size of your pic using your photo software.

Yes 5mp files will be WAY too large for the forum. Using your photo software that came with camera or whatever you like using, downsize the images to something like 600x400 @ 72 dpi. Many programs offer a "save for email" or "save for web" option that will do this automatically.
