As always, I hold the argument that they are specifically looking for terrorists. If you read that carefully you'll see that just like a search warrant, they HAVE TO PROVE REASON to listen in to you.
My other argument is, I'm a law abiding citizen and the only people who should worry about these "Invasions of privacy" are those with much to hide...

Have to disagree with you Supermarto, look at what the Attorney General did to the FOX reporter. By the rules they should have given him notice since he was a reporter, what they did was "allege" he was a conspirator and a flight risk.

Gotta admit I'm out of the loop on this FOX reporter business... Let me google that and get back to ya... I'm not above having my viewpoint changed when faced with facts, I tell ya.

Honestly though, I don't even mind they listening on everything I have to say. I say a lot of dumb stuff and think it's funny. I don't know what kinda data they're collecting, but it'd only be unfair if they really used it to classify us or judge us for something. Theres so much data... that I really don't mind.
