The wife (the one who threw the stuff out) came and told us and gave all his info for the insurance.
Edit: Oh yea... and they used her truck to haul the stuff away, and her truck was the one that hit the Xterra.

It was awesome when he came back with his friend, drunk, and picked up all his stuff. When they left they backed into my roommate's girlfriend's Xterra.... and then drove off.

FWIW I bought my previous motorcycle thru ebay and had no problems.
Has the seller sold anything else that size before? or much of anything previously?

Yup, unfortunatly...There were several things about the listing that looked funny though...I almost reported it to Ebay just to see what they would say about it...smart thinking sending that email to spoof, I get soooo many of those emails it aint funny...If it does not have your name on the email 9 times out of 10 it is a fraud...
