We're gonna blast out of here for a ride - breakfast/lunch/bruch comes later. It's a good little ride down through this country. Nothing your knobbies can't handle. Not a long ride but fun. Like lunch in Andice. All it takes is a 40 mph crosswind to make lunch interesting. Tomorrow's weather is to be great. I'll check in tomorrow after I get done South.

Randy, I just visited your myspace page. I did not know you were from Foley, Alabama. I lived in Bay Minette, Alabama for 5 1/2 years after I got out of the military.

 

worked for Mobile Aerospace Engineering in Mobile.

 

Lived there from 1996-2001.

 

Lots of good people there. still have several friends that I go back and visit.

 

In fact I will be vacationing in Gulf Shores june 13-21 this summer.

 

That's pretty cool. A customer of mine used to be an agent. Has recently become a broker. He can feed me properties that fit my criteria as they come available. Fred's approach is simple, when you're ready to make a move you have to know what's out there. He sends 2-3 properties a week. It's really cool. I never have to leave my chair to shop. I think he does it through the MLS and I have no clue how much it costs. Imbedding engines like this in your site will help you dev a client base. Nobody gets to search without registering to use your service. This gives you everything you need to do followup and keep a relationship alive. Next time you're over I'll show you a couple of his pages. Might give you something to work with.

where do you stay when your down there?

 

We ussualy either stay with friends or rent a beach house.

 

I'll be making 2 trips this summer, 20 yr class reunion, and in-laws 50th Ann...

 

This year we are staying at a Wyndham resort, not sure which one as my wife made the plans. She just tells me where we are going and i just tag along.

this summer i will be my 25 year reunion and i have never attended one yet.

 

Yep, i know how to make the money and she knows how to spend it.

 

but i have made every reunion of her's... 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 this past summer. I've got more friends from her school than i do from mine.

 

This will be the first one I attend...

 

I will try to make mine this summer if i am around. I was in Paris, France during my 20th and in Singapore during my 15th.
